Welcome to ULabs (flatview.sbs). By accessing our website, enrolling in our educational sessions, or booking our physical laboratory facility, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them thoroughly.

1. Definitions

• "Services": High-tech workshops, customized corporate sessions, and experience room rentals.
• "Company": ULabs Pte Ltd, Singapore.
• "Client": The individual or corporate organization booking our resources.

2. General Use

Our website and services are intended solely for lawful business operations. Users must be at least 18 years old to book open sessions or rent hardware facilities.

3. Payment and Cancellations

All booking payments for Essentials Workshops must be cleared 48 hours prior to the event. For space hire, cancellation notifications submitted less than 72 hours beforehand are subject to a 50% reservation fee.

4. Intellectual Property

All training material, proprietary sandboxes, prompt structures, and graphic slide assets provided in our physical space are owned strictly by ULabs Pte Ltd. You are granted a limited non-transferable license to apply these skills inside your personal workplace.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide training based on active tech frameworks "as is". ULabs is not liable for operational errors, commercial loss, or internal database breaches resulting from your subsequent deployment of tools outside our sandbox environments.

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Singapore.
